These Terms govern your use of https://thebuildrankstudio.com and our services.

1. Services

The Build & Rank Studio provides:

• Website design & development (primarily on Squarespace)

• SEO services

• Ongoing website support

2. Payment

• 50% deposit due before work starts

• Remaining 50% due upon completion before site handover

• All payments via our approved payment processor

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide required content, images, and branding in a timely manner

• Ensure all content you provide is legally owned or licensed

• Review and approve work promptly

4. Intellectual Property

• You own your content and branding

• We retain rights to our design and code until full payment is received

5. SEO Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee specific search rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses from downtime or website errors after handover

• Issues caused by third-party integrations

• Loss of profits or data

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law.
